📦 Unboxing Video Required (Important)

To claim any return, exchange, or missing item request, customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the shipping box.

Video Guidelines:

• Video must start before opening the sealed delivery package.

• The shipping label and outer box condition should be clearly visible.

• The entire unboxing process must be recorded in one continuous, uncut video.

  ⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process return, exchange, or damage claims.

• Jars must be sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.
